Responsibilities
·Provides primary technical advice to customers over the phone or in written manner .
·Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary
·Resolve customers’ complaints of a technical nature.
·Serve as a demonstration of products.
·Handles product-related problems with customers as required.
·May make technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
·May test products to resolve customer problems.
Requirements/Qualification
·Minimum Master Degree in Biochemistry, Medicine, Biology or related disciplines.
·Very good Capability to communicate with researchers in English
·Extensive knowledge of cell biology and protein research
·High Energy, Team player and interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills are essential.
·Good command of English.
·1-2 years related experience is preferable.
